The Process

We recognise that our clients have varying demands based on their own individual organisational and project challenges. No client is the same, so we gather as much information as we can to understand your immediate and longer-term goals. The time we invest in getting to know you, helps us provide the most effective solutions to your hiring needs.

1. Fact Find

Ideally meeting face to face, to understand your requirements in detail.

2. Candidate Search

Our first port of call is our network of known resources that we have established on our database. We cultivate this to provide a quick and effective response to your needs.

3. CV Shortlist

We will present you with no more than 3 candidates for each role you recruit for. These candidates will have been interviewed by one of our team to ensure their suitability, and to qualify their interest and motivation in your opportunity.

4. Interview

We can help co-ordinate the entire process, whether that be setting up the interviews face to face, via teams, or at our offices in one of our meeting rooms. We understand that making the right hire is essential to the success of any engagement, so will support you to find the right candidate, every time.

5. Offer Stage

Once you have identified your chosen candidate, we aim to make the administration process as straightforward as possible. We can engage a contractor to join you, often with just 24 hours’ notice. For permanent hires, we’ll work with your team to ensure the onboarding process is smooth, and avoid any wrinkles ahead of your new starters joining your team.

6. Candidate Management

We understand the importance of getting new hires off to a good start, so will ensure your new starter has carried out any relevant onboarding and has prepared themselves to hit the ground running from day one.

Our work doesn’t stop here. Although we expect your new starters to hit the ground running, we are on hand throughout the duration of any assignment, or during the probation period for any permanent hires, to ensure both parties are working together as effectively as possible. Maintaining a regular level of contact means we can provide feedback and fine tune things if required.
