1. Getting To Know You

We prefer to meet you in person, or where not geographically viable, via Teams. Our service starts with a consultation to understand your skills, experience, past successes and how we can assist with your search, be that now or in the future. Our team takes the time to get to know you, ensuring that we match you with opportunities that are interesting and rewarding.

2. Role Matching

Our objective is to identify roles that align with your expertise and preferences. We have many long-standing customers, and our objective is to present you with quality opportunities that allow you to make the best use of your skills and experience, and where possible, upskill or broaden your skillset at the same time.

3. Interview

In a competitive marketplace, you need to ensure you’re prepared to stand out from your competition, and that starts with making a great first impression at interview. We take the time to get to know our customers and what they’re looking for, so will already be aware you’re aligned to their expectations, but we’ll help prepare you to impress your interviewer, and get the answers you need to make an informed decision about the suitability of the role.

4. Onboarding

We want to ensure you are ready and prepared for your new assignment, so we will ensure we have completed any onboarding, and have provided you with information about your engagement so you can hit the ground running from day one.

5. Ongoing Support

We maintain regular contact to ensure everything is going well and to address any concerns you may have. Our team is always on hand to provide feedback, guidance and support throughout your assignment. We recognise that our reputation is based on your success, so you will be invited to networking and other such events, and made to feel part of our business by joining us for social gatherings. This is because we value the hard work you put in and like to recognise that where we can, so hope you can have some fun with us along the way.

6. Contract Renewals/Extension

We understand the importance you may place on the continuity of an assignment, and to that end are proactive in ensuring we understand a customer's need to retain you, well in advance of any contract end date. Where there's uncertainty, we will keep you informed of new and upcoming opportunities, and where possible market you to other potential customers that could benefit from your skills and expertise.

Whether we are successful at finding your next opportunity or not, if you are a placeable candidate in one of our skill disciplines, our objective is to maintain an ongoing working relationship with you, presenting opportunities as they arise.
